'Back to School' at Soccer Trivia night

The Ashburton United Soccer Club (and Alamein Football Club) recently held their major annual fundraiser. The Trivia night themed ‘Back to School’ was a great success and an opportunity for the Ashburton Community Bank┬« to present sponsorship and incentive cheque payments.┬á$9,500 was provided to the club in Sponsorship and Banking Rewards payments, in recognition of recent home loans taken out by club members. ┬áThe night was a huge success with the club raising much needed funds to support the many programs they offer.

Warming up at Hockey Club

Kathy Koulouris, Manager at the Ashburton Community Bank® Branch and Director, Bob Stensholt recently attended Waverley Hockey Club to present a cheque for new outdoor heaters for the club. The heaters will make it much for comfortable for spectators during the cold winter months.  Kathy also launched a home loans incentive campaign providing the club the opportunity to earn up to  $25,000 for banking referrals from Waverley Hockey club.

Community Bank® Under 16's Grand finalists again

The Ashy Redbacks Community Bank® Under 16 girls made the Grand Final for the third successive year. These girls showed great team spirit and although not the premiers this time they played a great game against the undefeated Kew Comets.
The Ashburton Community Bank® has been proud to be the naming sponsor of this team for the last two years. We look forward to continuing our involvement in season 2018. Well Done to all involved on a fantastic season.

Redbacks on their way to earning $25,000

]Ashburton Community Bank® Manager, Kathy Koulouris and Senior Manager, Nick Coker recently launched a Home Loans Campaign at the Ashy Redbacks.
The club will be rewarded each time a member or supporter moves their home loan to the Ashburton Community Bank®. Denise Garrett (pictured) is the first Ashy Redback member to do this earning $1,000 for the club. If nine other club members do the same the club will earn $25,000. Supporting local Children and families

Kathy Koulouris, Manager of the Ashburton Community Bank┬« recently presented a cheque to The Edge Community Fund in support of the Annual Easter Raffle. The raffle raised $4,500 which will provide support to at least 15 local children and their families. It will assist these children attend camps, sporting activities and other opportunities they wouldn’t normally be able to participate in. The Community Bank┬« is a proud supporter of this important organisation.
