Camcare program supports Parkhill Primary School

Kathy Koulouris, Manager of the Ashburton Community Bank® branch and Chairman Juliann Byron attended the Camcare Annual General Meeting and presented a cheque for $13,200 to Camcare Chief Executive Officer, Jane Broadhead.
The grant provided by the Ashburton Community Bank┬« funded the ‘Inspiring Warriors’ program being run at Parkhill Primary School. The program teaches emotional regulation and resilience.

Community Bank® Under 16's Grand finalists again

The Ashy Redbacks Community Bank® Under 16 girls made the Grand Final for the third successive year. These girls showed great team spirit and although not the premiers this time they played a great game against the undefeated Kew Comets.

Defibrillator for Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre

Kathy Koulouris, Manager of the Ashburton Community Bank® branch and staff member Madeleine Smith attended the Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre Annual General Meeting. They presented a cheque to the Centre Chairwoman Margaret Taylor and Co-ordinator Peter Nash. The funds provided by the Ashburton Community Bank® were put towards the purchase of a defibrillator.

Our Mobile Relationship Manager Gary Johnson, from the the Ashburton Community Bank® branch recently attended STC South Camberwell Cricket Club 2017-2018 season launch. Inspiring Warriors- building resilience in children

Kathy Koulouris, Manager of the Ashburton Community Bank® branch attended Park Hill Primary School to present a cheque to Camcare Chief Executive Officer Jane Broadhead for $13,000. The Ashburton Community Bank® provided the funds to community organisation Camcare, to deliver the Inspiring Warriors Program to Grade 3 & 4 students at Parkhill Primary School. The Inspiring Warriors Program is a six week program teaching children emotional regulation & resilience within a structured, engaging and empowering educational program. 'Back to School' at Soccer Trivia night

The Ashburton United Soccer Club (and Alamein Football Club) recently held their major annual fundraiser. The Trivia night themed ‘Back to School’ was a great success and an opportunity for the Ashburton Community Bank┬« to present sponsorship and incentive cheque payments.┬á$9,500 was provided to the club in Sponsorship and Banking Rewards payments, in recognition of recent home loans taken out by club members. ┬áThe night was a huge success with the club raising much needed funds to support the many programs they offer.

Warming up at Hockey Club

Kathy Koulouris, Manager at the Ashburton Community Bank® Branch and Director, Bob Stensholt recently attended Waverley Hockey Club to present a cheque for new outdoor heaters for the club. The heaters will make it much for comfortable for spectators during the cold winter months.  Kathy also launched a home loans incentive campaign providing the club the opportunity to earn up to  $25,000 for banking referrals from Waverley Hockey club.
