Facilities upgrade for STC South Camberwell Cricket Club

Helping out a sporting club doesnā€™t always mean buying new uniforms, bats and balls. Sometimes we help out with the club facilities. For example, Maggie Stamoulis, the manager at our Ashburton Community BankĀ® Branch, recently visited the STC South Camberwell Cricket Club to present a sponsorship cheque for $1000 to club president Beau Coyle. The club used the funds to upgrade furniture in the club rooms.

We are pleased to keep working with STC South Camberwell Cricket Club, and support the community that supports us.

New facilities for Waverley Hockey Club

Waverley Hockey Club has been refurbishing its facilities, with some help from our Ashburton Community BankĀ® Branch. Nick Coker, our senior manager, attended the clubā€™s Equality Day in early August and presented a cheque for $3,500. Most of the funds ($2,500) will go towards new BBQ facilities; the other $1,000 was an incentive payment from us because one of the clubā€™s members recently settled a loan at our Ashburton Branch.

The Ashburton Branch is a long term supporter of this great club.
