New blood helps Surrey Park Football Club

It was a tight tussle right from the start when Surrey Park Football Club clashed with Nunawading. New player, Josh Hughes, got Surrey Parkā€™s first goal and it was a sign of things to come. But the Nunawading players refused to give in. Just one point separated the teams with 10 minutes to play.

Surrey Park scored two quick goals in the dying minutes, and withstood a determined Nunadwading offense to hold on for the win. The final score was Surrey Park 13.10.88 defeated Nunawading 11.8.74.
